Christelle Rouillé

CEO of Hynamics

Christelle Rouillé, CEO of Hynamics (an EDF subsidiary dedicated to low-carbon and renewable hydrogen), has been with the Group for over 20 years. After holding positions of responsibility within EDF Energies Nouvelles and EDF Pulse Croissance, she is launching Hynamics in 2019, a major player in the production of low-carbon and renewable hydrogen for industry, heavy mobility and e-fuel, with operations in France, Germany and the UK.

Raphaël Hirtz

CEO of Hynamics Deutschland

Raphaël Hirtz, an energy engineer from Arts et Métiers, has 30 years' experience in energy efficiency at EDF in Europe. Since 2020, he has been head of e2m in Germany, an expert in renewable energy trading. In January 2025, he became Managing Director of Hynamics Germany, a pioneer in low-carbon and renewable hydrogen for industry, heavy mobility and e-fuel.

Pierre de Raphélis-Soissan

CEO of Hynamics UK & Business Development Director

Pierre de Raphélis-Soissan, an expert in business development, is leading the expansion of Hynamics after 14 years' experience in industry (Air Liquide, EDF) in Europe. A specialist in industrial and financial partnerships, he has been running Hynamics UK since 2024 to accelerate the deployment of electrolytic hydrogen.

Olivia Caston

General Counsel of Hynamics

Olivia Caston, Hynamics' General Counsel since 2019, secures the legal risks associated with strategic projects, acquisitions and contracts. A specialist in business law with degrees from Panthéon-Assas and Sorbonne, she ensures compliance, ethics and asset protection. With 16 years' experience, including 10 years with EDF Renouvelables, she supports Hynamics' activities and expertise in France, the UK and Germany.

Frédéric Dejean

Industry Director of Hynamics

Frédéric Dejean, Hynamic's Industry Director, is an energy expert with over 30 years' experience at EDF. A graduate of ENSAE, he started out in R&D before moving into energy efficiency. In 2018, he joined EDF Pulse Croissance to develop Hynamics, launched in 2019. There, he pilots the technical strategy: design, operation, maintenance, industrial purchasing and innovation.

Chief Financial Officer of Hynamics

Grégory Plantet, CFO of Hynamics, is a corporate finance expert with 20 years' experience. A graduate of Edhec, he has extensive experience of setting up and managing JV SPVs with financial partners. Prior to Hynamics, he structured projects at Izivia (an EDF subsidiary specialising in charging stations).
