Heddia Ouabi

Head of Human Resources 

With a Master 2 in Human Resources Development from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Heddia Ouabi joined the EDF Group in 2014. During her 8 years there, she acquired solid expertise in skills management, transformation strategy, internal mobility, recruitment and industrial relations. 

In March 2022, Heddia Ouabi joined Hynamics, the EDF Group subsidiary specialising in low-carbon hydrogen production. Attracted by this new technological market, full of meaning and challenges, she chose to invest in a sector at the crossroads of industrial, environmental and human issues. Eighteen months later, she was promoted to Head of Human Resources. 

In this role, she defines and steers the HR strategy of a fast-growing company at the heart of an innovative and constantly evolving ecosystem. Her role is to support the development of teams, underpin collective performance and structure human dynamics to serve the industrial project.
