With more than 16 years of experience in the legal field, Olivia CASTON, General Counsel of Hynamics since 2019, guarantees the control of legal risks related to Hynamics' activities, particularly on projects, acquisitions, subcontracts and strategic contracts. It ensures the compliance and legal certainty of acts and contracts, protects the company's assets and interests, guarantees compliance with the ethics and compliance policy and manages the management of insurance.

With a degree in Private Law from the Universities of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and specialized in Business Law, Olivia CASTON assists in the design, negotiation, drafting, and monitoring of various contracts (shareholders' agreements, EPC contracts, operation-maintenance contracts, IP license agreements, framework contracts with strategic partners, subcontracting, confidentiality, intra-group partnerships, etc.) in France and internationally,  including the implementation of the applicable legislative and regulatory texts.

Olivia CASTON joined the EDF Group in 2010 as a Business Lawyer at EDF Renewables where she worked on all the activities of this subsidiary (development, implementation, O&M and asset management of solar and wind farms).
